As a B2B service, we primarily collect professional data, including:

- Target audience and marketing objectives (provided when requesting an audit)
- Payment information, processed directly by Stripe (Segmentia does not store card details)

3. Why we collect it
We use this data to: prepare and deliver the AI visibility audit, provide access to app.segmentia, respond to enquiries, manage billing via Stripe, and improve our website and services through anonymized analytics.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (audit, subscription), your consent (analytics cookies, newsletter if applicable), and our legitimate interest in improving our services.
